Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship worldwide. Our main markets are the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom, but we deliver to most countries globally. We use different shipping lines for different products and countries.

Processing time
Orders are processed within up to 3 business days, depending on seasonality. Priority Processing can be added to your order to have it processed first.

Delivery time
Standard shipping: orders arrive within a maximum of 11 business days.
Express shipping: orders arrive within 3–5 days.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also track any order without an account on our Track Your Order page.

Changing your shipping address
The delivery address can only be changed before your order ships — email us right away with your order number and the new address and we will update it free of charge. Once an order has shipped, the address can no longer be changed.

Missing or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within 11 business days of dispatch, or tracking shows it as delivered but you have not received it, email us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
